Chris also has a large network of professionals that contributed to inspections and helped us to avoid costly mistakes. He's very proactive in planning each weekend around our schedule and learned from previous listings we liked. As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea how much I didn't know about home buying. From appraisal gaps to bidding wars, and thorough home inspections to explaining contracts, I could tell Chris was an expert and was a solid advocate for me. Chris was incredible at figuring out which neighborhoods and types of houses were in my budget, but also fit my style. He was patient with all my questions and confusion, as well as very responsive to emails and texts. He worked well with my lender and had companies lined up to reach out to during inspections (ie inspection company, structural engineers, plumbers, etc). I'll definitely be recommending Chris to friends and using him in the future when I sell my house.
